Terms and Conditions

Order
When placing an order, it is necessary to register.  Please include your email address and phone number.  Both are necessary in case I need to contact you concerning your order.  For shipping, UPS and Fedex require that I enter your phone number.  I also enter your email address so that you can track your packages and receive email updates on shipping, exceptions to delivery, and/or delivery status of your order.

Shipping
Shipping provided by USPS, Fedex or UPS.  If you would like a different form of shipping, i.e. next day AM delivery, registered mail, etc., please email
sales@gemmagic.us to receive a shipping quote.  Make sure you include the items that you want to order and your shipping address, so I can provide a more accurate shipping quote. 

Payment
Payment via Google Checkout, PayPal, and QB Merchant Services (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) .  All payment alternatives are available during checkout.  If you would like to pay via electronic check, please email me at 
customerservice@gemmagic.us  concerning this option. 

Returns
An RMA is required for any returns.  Please contact customer service at
customerservice@gemmagic.us to obtain an RMA.  All returns must include original packaging.  You must request an RMA within 5 days of receiving your shipment.
